THE BEST! Literally! So Perfessional! Clean and Punctual. I've priced around about 5 places, he has the best price around! The quality is amazing. He was very attentive to detail. after accidentally damaging my shutters, I searched Google for repair specialist in the area...after reading the reviews for Perfect Shutters I reached out to Ignacio and he responded promptly, we agreed on cost estimate and set an appt. Ignacio was very polite and easygoing and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions regarding my damaged shutters. He arrived for our appt. 30 minutes earlier than the originally scheduled time, which I soo appreciated so my whole day wouldn't be spent waiting. Ignacio was likeable, very professional and came well prepared with what was needed to repair my shutters. Ignacio did an excellent repair job on my shutters in aprox 15 minutes! I was ecstatic that he fixed my shutters so perfectly and so fast! On a scale of 1-10 I'd give Purrfect Shutters a 100!Thank you Ignacio!

Ignacio is the owner & operator of this company. I put in a work order and got an immediate response from him. He's personable, friendly and passionately prides himself on customer satisfaction. He's transparent and up front on his abilities to help you out with your shutter repairs or installs. He took the time to make a few adjustments to better align my shutters and attempted a temp repair of my issue but I'm still awaiting for part availability info so I'm not sure if my issue has been completely resolved. Overall I'd recommend him.

We contacted Ignacio to see if he could replace an existing vertical blind on a VERY large sliding glass door. He responded quickly and the price was very reasonable. He ordered the railing and came to install it. He took time to fix one of the previous brackets that had been installed incorrectly. The new railing wasn't working correctly. He spent quite a bit of time trying to fix it. He called the manufacturer and ordered a new one, rush. He returned two days later with the new railing. It did exactly the same thing again. Ignacio contacted the manufacturer again. He asked that they come with him to see the railing. During the period we were waiting for the manufacturer to come out, Ignacio called twice. He kept me updated and informed. The day the manufacturer came out with Ignacio, they installed a third railing. It worked perfectly. Ignacio is very friendly. He keeps in constant contact. He's responsive. If I need new shutter or blinds I would without a doubt call him. He was apologetic and thanked us for our patience throughout the process. He is a genuine, hard working, honest, young business man. Thank you Ignacio!
